Certainly with a little bit of patience you can steep a great cup of tea. In all honesty, it is quite easy and deeply satisfying.
- If you desire hot tea, bring fresh water to a roaring boil or at around 208℉ (97.8℃) – 212℉ (100℃).
- Pour hot water over the hemp tea bag into your favorite mug.
- Allow to steep for at least 3-8 minutes. Some herbs require longer times, while others become bitter with longer steep times. So steep to taste.
- Add locally sourced honey or fats like whole cream, butter or coconut oil to enhance flavor and cannabinoid absorption.

I was skeptical about cbd tea because it should get harder to absorb for the body but I do feel calmer when I drink this. Plus the taste is pretty good.
